The Coach will be responsible for:
- Work in conjunction with the Team Manager.
- Provide coaching assistance to team players.
- Be a positive role model to all team players.
- Guidance and assistance to team players on game days.
Equipment provided:
- Club training kit bag
- Hunter Valley Football official lanyard (must be worn at all games)
All team officials must register and provide to the club a Working With Children's Check (Volunteer) and register as Team Coach through Playfootball website.

As a team Manager you will be responsible for:
- Work in conjunction with the Team Coach to provide assistance with coaching
- Responsible for team management such as contacting the club & parents, distribution of fundraising materials such as raffle tickets etc, organising team volunteers for ground & canteen duties, liaison with the club.
- Notifying the club via email (see our contact page for details) 72 hours prior to game time if you need to forfeit.
Equipment provided:
- Hunter Valley Football official lanyard (must be worn at all games)
- Club Folder with the necessary information and forms
- Playing shirts (strips)
All team officials must register and provide to the club a Working with Children's Check (Volunteer) and register as Manager through Playfootball.
At times we do not have enough referees for our games, you can volunteer to be a referee provided you are over the age of 12 years and have a knowledge of the game.
Game leaders are paid in accordance with 2022 Hunter Valley Football match day Information Sheet (see a member of the committee for any information).

There are a various roles in the canteen to make sure it runs smoothly and so we can provide the best service to our players, families and visitors. Your team is responsible to provide volunteers for an hour each season.
Duties include:
WINDOW 1
- Serving patrons
- Money handling using Square electronic facility and cash handling.
- Providing canteen items such as drinks, lollies, chips etc.
WINDOW 2
-Providing the hot food such as pies, sausage rolls & burgers/rolls etc.
-Making tea and coffee.
Each team is responsible to provide volunteers to assist with ground duties.
As a ground official your responsibilities are:
– Watching closely for any misconduct of players or spectators.
– Emergency contact for players and spectators.
– A Hi-vis vest is mandatory (supplied by the club)
